Mitie operates as part of a complex value chain with thousands of clients across the public and private sectors in the UK. In response to increasing demand for visibility and data on tier 2/3 of the supply chain, Mitie has implemented a Supplier Management Framework to provide clients with greater insight into their supply chains.

Tom Eveleigh and Jonathan Ward from Mitie will discuss the organization's work in sustainability and the impact of their definition of sustainability. They will share case studies highlighting the role of the Supplier Management Framework in emissions monitoring, as well as the lessons learned and their continuous improvement journey.
In addition, the presenters will share their views on the future of supply chains and the circular economy, taking into account the challenges posed by the changing landscape.
